If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, and any other charges. Please note, however, that monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned.
We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure credit.
Unused items purchased on www.londonharness.com can also be returned to our store location. Please make sure to have all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. Store credit will be issued for items without documentation.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you ship return packages insured, via UPS, FedEX, or the U.S. Postal Service. Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs and for properly packing the return to ensure the safe shipment of each item. Allow two weeks for processing. We will only refund shipping and handling charges on flawed or defective items.
